If you order Ready to Ship and Pre-Order, you MUST place 2 orders unless you want your ready to ship items to remain in my possession until the pre-order item arrives. Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the package and destination. So the shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you settle the payment down. We offer free shipping when you order over $150. 00

Refunds will NOT be given because of shipping time. We are not Amazon and cannot operate in that manner. Please be familiar with policy BEFORE ordering.
Refunds are generally NOT given. Please check your sizes and ask all questions before purchasing. If an exception is made, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and only after I receive the item back in the condition it was delivered will you will receive a store credit.
To request an exception you MUST submit your request within 48 hours of receiving package.

A return will only be accepted if it is postmarked within 5 business days of receipt, item is in original packaging with no sign of wear, and customer has a legitimate reason for return request. Shipping time is NOT a legitimate reason unless it is beyond the stated policy.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN for any reason. A store credit will be issued minus a 10% re-stock fee.
